Just got a newsletter from an outfit that I built a library of old time radio shows from some years back. I got to thinking some other folks may be interested. If you browse around the site, there are free downloads as well as CD's of entire show collections for $5 per. MANY different generas. All in MP3 format. OTRCat

KVMR 89.5FM out of Grass Valley was playing some old Radio shows on Sunday Evenings. The one I heard was a Jimmy Stewart western, and a Flash Gordon episode. Cool stuff! Check them out at www.kvmr.org

Thanks much for the offer! I still listen a lot but not as much as when I was on the road more. OTRCat used to sell monthly download subscriptions for $8. I had a T1 line. I have hundreds of episodes ... maybe a couple of thousand. I may never get thru them all /forums/images/graemlins/wink.gif So, I probably don't need any more right now. I think I have a listing of all mine at home. I can email it to you if you're still collecting.

Assuming that your ISP has a USENET news server, there is plenty of OTR stuff in mp3 format in the group:

news://alt.binaries.sounds.radio.oldtime

It's amazing how many people have been brought up in the "web" generation and don't even know about USENET.
