Old Tractor, New Problems

Hi, I'm Michael. I have fixed up several antique tractors over the years. Favorite so far was an Allis Chalmers "B". No starter, hand crank only. I got it as junk. A little - no wait - a LOT of work, and it purred like a kitten and would run a 5' mower.
.... Current project is a 1982(?) Ford 1500. I need FWD parts: CV joints in steering knuckles, and the coupler for the drive shaft to the front-end.
Any help on where to look would be appreciated. Does anyone know of a possible line on New parts? And yes, I know it's obsolete and the four wheel drive models are rare.

Have you talked to your Ford/New Holland dealership? 1982 doesn't sound too old.

Put 1500 into the search, and you should see: (1500) 2 CYL COMPACT TRACTOR (1/79-12/82) at the top of the list.
