The valve does have the power beyond option but like you say i need the sleeve and fitting...This is the loader valve i have...Thanks
Just a slight correction. The valve has the capability of adding the power beyond option. The sleeve is the option. You remove the plug and screw the sleeve into the side outlet port nearest the levers. The sleeve is threaded for a male hose fitting.

My loader also comes off this block. The front side comes from the pump attached to the motor. The return from the FEL controls then go into the back side which feeds the 3ph. They are not exactly independant, both run off of this block. My FEL controller also has a power beyond port for adding other items.

Not quite the correct terminology. The pressure outlet from the loader valve IS the valve's power beyond outlet. The valve's other outlet or tank outlet is the exhaust for the work ports and must go directly to the transmission sump/tank. The hydraulic block itself is simply a convenient tap into the hydraulic circuit. If no hoses are connected then you must have either a special cover that connects the ports or you must connect the front port to the back port using a jumper hose.

The front port on the hydraulic block comes from the pump and connects to the loader valve inlet. The rear port goes to the 3pt and the power beyond port from the loader valve connects to it. Remember valves must be in series. The tank outlet from the laoder valve will connect to the bottom port if the hydraulic block has this port.
