OLDEST AND YOUNGEST TBNers?

I'm 67. Just another TBN geezer. I still have to much I want to do to dwell on it though. Problem is I don't know if I have slowed down or if time has speeded up but something is going on.

Where's "NZ" or is that another binary? The kids tell me to remember to carry a cell phone for 911 in case I crap out in a field somewhere.:duh:

My kids and wife are on my rear about carrying cell phone anytime I am at the land working,, sometimes I forget to turn it on.. within a hour or so one of the kids or grandkids shows up to check on me.. Lou

I thought there would have been more older people. 69 for another three months, obviously still split firewood by hand, and referring to MoKelly's remark about his wife being younger. We should all remember Groucho Marx (at least I think it was him) who said you are only as old as the woman you feel.

OK - I found you....I was searching for someone my age but older than me...I just turned 69....I too split firewood by hand...great exercise...I know for sure my bathroom mirror is the only correct mirror in existence...I don't feel any different than I did when I was 39...really...but you are a few months older than me...LOL

56 here with one ambition. To Live to be 112 and be shot in the back by a jealous husband while carrying a stick of pulpwood up the side of the mountain. I'm halfway there but will more than likely will get shot in the butt by my Jealous wife before i make it.

58 here and split wood with a splitter and dig holes with the backhoe now.

After 30 years of "manual" experience digging, building walls and splitting wood, I still enjoy working hard and the satisfaction of a good workout, but not as much as I did in the first 50..

Average age on TBN guess to be 53.7

After 30 years of "manual" experience digging, building walls and splitting wood, I still enjoy working hard and the satisfaction of a good workout, but not as much as I did in the first 50..

Average age on TBN guess to be 53.7

Carl I hire my grand boys to split the fire wood and dig postholes.. but I watch them and make sure it's done to my specs..Lou

Thanks, Jim. What a beautiful place; and what a climate. I wouldn't "wish you were here". It's 20Deg F with an inch of sleet on the ground with a north wind. But we live longer up here because half of our lives are spent in hibernation.
