That goat cheese reference brings back memories. My Aunt owns a B&B in Austria at the foot of the Alps. We were visiting several years ago and they took us up to this little dairy where it was all goats. (I guess it's still a dairy?) Well, anyway they made the best goat cheese up there, it was the size and shape of a hockey puck and so good. Quite a hike getting up there, but worth it.
