It's the dealer. The tractor I bought was because of the dealer. They sell and service several brands and service larger tractors for farms. I know the dealer because of the farms in the area and I know they will send someone out to the middle of a field to work on a tractor or attachment. I do my own routine service but when I have a problem I needed to know that I can pick up the phone and they'll come. This winter I had an issue with my blower in the middle of a storm and they came out and fixed it and they were there within an hour of me calling. So far the work has all been under warranty but when the warranty is gone I will gladly pay them to come out to do the work, honestly it's not going to be much different than paying the cost to have them come pick it up and bring it back.
