anyone out there who wants honest on the ground logging and sawmill training (free labor) should e-mail me tonight, as i cut tomorrow till............. nice environment (cold in woods)
nice scenery (work so hard you won't get to look at it) get fit get in shape (work so hard we don't stop for lunch)

When I was a teenager my father had a sawmill and logging operation. He always said that if you liked work he could put you in heaven. JIM

ron, are ya ready yet. by the way the new guy never runs equipment, only grunts. and yes army training helps. (tounge firmly in cheek)

Hey I had my boots on was almost ready when I double-checked your message again this morning and it said to call tonight so we could cut tomorrow so I will check tomorrow morning to see if tomorrow will be today... or was that yesterday,s tomorrow today... my brain hurts.

Looks like you had a good weekend for logging..
We were in Nashua and it was 59F and the sun was indeed warm,and people were out puttering on the m/c's even far north as Concord..oh those temps sure felt good /w3tcompact/icons/smile.gif and I notice the trees have started to bud already.

Hope the frost still keeping the ground firm as you continue to log.

thomas, you should stop over next time your down here. but no frost to firm up my hill exiting the woods. must unload half then go back to pick it up just to make it through the mud. also i kinda bent the back of the trailer with too many 18 foot logs. the trailer is only 12 foot long. had to fire up the torch and welder for repairs. but yes it was balmy out.
