I sometimes Google Diesel Engines India. They have many different plants making Lister/Petter type engines and I enjoy just looking at the pictures.:D :D

OK, I must be crazy, there are no pix on the first post and everybody says those are great looking engines......what am I missing here?????

Hmm...did not notice that when I revived the thread. There were pictures, I do remember seeing them when the OP started the thread.

My brother and I owned an old one yard concete mixer with an IH hit-and-miss engine. It helped put me through college in the 60s. Our lunch would be hot dogs boiled in the "cooling" water.

Gives a new meaning to "dirty water dog". Scary but I think your method might be preferable to some of the roadside "eateries" I have seen.
