Test drove one. I liked it, but the wife said the diesel was too loud. Got a Mule instead. Love it.

They are the best if your using it for work. They are also really reliable and don't use much fuel.

I agree. We use and abuse mine on the farm. It has close to 1,000 hours on it now. The starter went out once but other than that, it has been trouble free.

There are several current RTV models, which one are you asking about?

If Your looking for speed, not the one for you. If your looking for a work horse . . . .well thats the one, I love mine, its quiet for a diesel, good on fuel, starts better than a gasser in the winter, at least mine does and is tough. I could not imagine not having one . Mine pulls gang mowers, carries chainsaws, hauls dirt, mud, what ever needs to be done. Is a great tool box carrying tools ect and is the best when me, mama and little dog need some time away from the world. I just plain love it ! John

I have 1238 hours as of Sunday on my RTV500 (gas model). Ditto everything above.

We have the original production year RTV900. Circa 2003? It has 900 rough and abused hours on it. We have gone through three tail gates and bent the bed numerous times. Currently, it has seat splitting disease. Silver duct tape slows the progress.

It is the most used machine on the farm. It is the most abused machine on the farm.

We would get another one in a heartbeat. No issues.
