The model I would like a Ferris Hydrodrive looks like 2011 was the last year made. Any used I have seen are beat to death.
I think I'm going to go with a new snapper pro SW30. New the prices I have been quoted seem fairly good. Made in the same factory as the Ferris, just made with lower cost parts, but a very similar machine. Depending on deck width and engine one dealer quoted me between $4200.00-$5200.00. 20Hp 48" deck at the low end 26 hp-61" deck at the high end. Ferris is north of $6000.00 for anything similar, other brand just don't have any dealers close and prices all seem higher.
