Open station I'm guessing. No idea on price, but it's not going to there very long. Some including me prefer it over the L6060.
Other than the lack of cab I could consider it an upgrade to my L4060HSTC. Definitely power wise.

I like the tier 4 emissions stuff not having the black smoke to deal with, but it's more complexity to break later. HST & nice control wise I dont believe there was much in the way of changes. There is another thread about the fancy features & consensus being few people (myself included) use few except the 2 speed lever.

The cheapest Grand these days is a L3560 starting at $30-35k or so. $20k for one with not quite double the HP sounds good if it's in good shape with low hours.

Buy it, that’s a good deal, and you know the history.

Tier 4 stuff itself was not an issue, but it forced the hydraulics into vulnerable mounting especially the third function. No guards were available then; Paul Short is making them now. My sons like a step on both sides and I don't like the tank position. I also prefer brakes on the right. My servo cruise control can also be used in lieu of the forward foot controls.

If I didn't have a tractor I would be asking for a phone number to look at it since I'm about 5 hrs north of Dayton.

Looks like a well kept tractor without the DPF.

I had a 3940 hst and it was a very, very nice tractor. I sure could have used another few HP. If it is in good shape, I'd buy it.

Yes, I did buy it. lol Its the 1st generation? It has the PTO lever not the button.

It has 800 hrs.
I've found a couple I wish I would caught but thats the way it goes.... tractor fever...

I used it a couple hours (therapy) over the weekend, before the rains came.

I'm sure ill have more question later since i've never owned a tractor before.

You will want to learn how to use the HST+ functions. At first, if new to using a tractor, they will not make much sense. But with just a little seat time you'll quickly realize their advantages.
