They tell you they will build it to fit, and they do otherwise.
I agree....if you tell them 65 inches and it don't fit...then you should have to pay to get it fixed. But they should make it what you tell them. In Snowridges case, he should have the option of returning it because it wasn't what he ordered. Although shimming was probably much less hassle than the return.
