Ordered a new Blue!

You may want to also consider the canopy, it is great for sun or rain. My first tractor had one on it, and I will always have one from now on. I need to get some more pictures, once I get on the tractor and start working/playing, the last thing I am thinking about is pictures :)

Who makes the canopy? Is it a NH item, or an aftermarket brand?

TractorBeam,

Congratulations on your T2320....your going to love it.

Would have thought somebody would have answered your question by now. YES, can get canopy from either your Dealership or after market suppliers which should be cheaper. Check out Curtiscabs.com for one on the Web.

Waiting for Pics,

Vic

Thanks Kozak! That's what I was hoping for... cheaper.

Seventeen more days 'til we settle. Current owner is moving his tractor to NY soon, so with all the spring rains we've been getting here in Virginia, I'll have a nice growth of grass waiting for me!

T2320 replaced your TC45. One I'm getting is an HST.

One change the salesman mentioned is that it has an engine designed to thrive on ULSD fuel. In fact, he recommended that I buy road diesel for it, said it's usually fresher also. I can always claim a deduction on the extra road tax I pay.

Be careful what you wish for, sounds like a lot of work you have ahead! ;)

I use ULSD in all my equipment and vehicles now. The soot levels are lower with ULSD, so your dealer is right.

You might check around. The off road diesel being sold by my Coop is all ULSD now. (either that or he is setting himself up for a fine by having ULSD stickers on the off road pumps).

You can get a blue or a while canopy from your dealer through New Holland. New Holland actually might source them from Curtis.

I heard they're going back to the old "TC" numbering system because everyone's had it with the T2120 T2230 T2420 TWHATEVER stupid system that crazy Italian lady came up with.

So the 'TC' stands for TractorChick? ;)

Hey, "TractorLady" was already in use!

Seriously, the "TC" nomenclature is European for "Tractor, Compact." Don't ask me what TN TD TL or TG stand for!

TractorChick: Welcome to TBN and the Blue Forum :D!

Tractorbeam: You can purchase a FOPS (Fall Over Protection System) canopy for your tractor as well. A company down in Texas that used to be called the Perry Company (?) used to manufacture canopies. I believe they are called the Jodale-Perry Company now. I enclosed an old picture of my "rig" to give you an idea of what the FOPS looks like. If you want I can take a closeup picture if you want. My tractor loves to be photographed  Jay

JB, the FOPS looks like it's lighter than the regular canopy. Is it easily removable?

TractorChick, please excuse my manners... yes, welcome to TBN!
