ordered a NH

Well: It seems after I joined the forum I clicked on the wrong section to post my first one: doh! /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif
Anyway- I ordered a New Holland TC40 :I was looking at a 'Longagra' brand tractor for awhile but have yet to fins anything written about em (good or bad) so I stopped in the New Holland dealer just to see how much of a price difference:
It ended up that the NH was only a few 100 more for a similiar set up/ plus the FEL controls are in a much better spot IMO.
anyway -heres what Is on order and the price:
TC40 with a FEL(Heavy duty bucket and bolt on blade)
1 rear remote
foldable rops
upgraded hitch links
block heater
turf tires
72 inch landpride finish mower
$20,800 not including tax
i am using the 2.9% NH financing
anyway- Just wanted to say thanks for all the information iv'e been gleaning from this forum-This is the first tractor for me and I have alot of plans for it.

I think having a dealer you can go to w/ problems.. will more then make up the extra $'s you spent.. Congrats on the new tractor.. and welcome to TBN!

It looks like you got a very good deal on your TC40, especially with the finish mower. I've never seen a Class III Boomer with turf tires. When you get it, can you post some photos? Congratulations on your order. /forums/images/graemlins/smile.gif How long do you have to wait for your tractor? /forums/images/graemlins/frown.gif

Hi Jinman-
I will surely post a few pics-
Some of the items I ordered were directly related to this site. the block heater for one and the remote on back. I probably wouldnt have known to ask for them if I hadn't come here to learn things. Thanks all; for your knowledge.

About the turf tires. I felt that most of the use of this tractor will be for landscaping, yet I wanted to be able to do some serious work if need be(over the next few years I plan on adding quite a few attachments) I would like to turn the 7 acres of field and brush into a parklike area with a pond and even a couple of golf holes /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif
I know this will take awhile, but after reading up on New Hollands I am confident that the tractor will last a long time.

The tractor is suppose to be built by the end of the month and shipped sometime in early September. I will post the pics then-
