I live very close to you if you are near the airport. I'm 4.5 miles down Qualla from Courthouse but the 11 acres is off of River Road about 4 miles from Amelia county line. Dinwiddie tractor had one 3130 with loader for $18,900 but it was the Glide shift which I didn't want. Powhattan Kubota dealer has several 3130 gear still in the crates but their pricing was $1300 more for the same tractor. Corriher Tractor had the best price on the Kubota and offered a unique perspective in that they sell John Deere as well. Corriher implement is the brother’s store and they sell New Holland http://www.corimpco.comI would own a JD 4310 if the salesman at James River had submitted my credit app on Monday instead of Wednesday. This mistake allowed me enough time to find the Kubota 3130 which I had not looked at because I thought it was more expensive. I bought a 6ft box grader from Agri Supply on Wagner Rd. south of Petersburg and will be buying a 5ft King Kutter rotary cutter from them with the slip clutch attachment for about $600. Dubberly Tractor on Rt. 10 carries the Long Agri and Kioti compacts as well as trailers and other implements. Their prices are good and I’m buying a trailer from them but I didn't like their rotary cutters. Also Kubota has 2.9% for 60 months with 10% down.

Thanks for the reply. Wow, you are close! I have 7.5 acres on Belmont Rd. Used to be a riding school, and we boarded some horses here until this past winter. I have an old (1984) 31 HP Belarus Tractor (never would've bought it myself, can't give it away) that came with the property when we bought it back in 1997 . It has 425 hrs on the clock and needs a clutch (try getting parts anywhere). I have a rotary cutter, a disc, and a back blade, but no way to use them, and my fields are quite a mess, thanks to all of the rain we've had this year, and the wife wants a new patio (gotta dig out over 250 sqft of crush-n-run that has been there since 1968). Gotta get something to get all of this work done. Thanks for the pointer to Corriher. I'll check them out.

Sorry about the Belarus Tractor but I would think you could find some parts somewhere. I just bought an 18ft trailer to move the tractor around and I'm now looking for a tow vehicle (Expedition w/5.4). I have a Trooper now which will not tow the tractor and trailer (6,000lbs) but the Expedition is rated at 8,000lbs with the 5.4. I'm starting to take some work in for the tractor to help pay for it so if you need someone to clean up let me know. What part of Belmont because I know one person that lives on Belmont about 3 miles up from Courthouse and I drive through there sometimes to get on Chippenham Pkwy.
