Organized right from the get-go (y) (y) Much easier than trying to organize after 5 or 10 years of chaos. Your new building looks good !

Nice! My 80x40 shop is so full can't get another thing in it! Cars, trucks, tractors, mower, tools and junk and more junk! Even the loft is full where we used to store hay. Like to add on a lean-2 across one end for impliments, one day..one day. Now I keep them under tarps away from the rain and rust.

That's the way to do it, Mate. All of my implements are on wheeled pallets too.

You were smart to put down a concrete floor from the beginning.

Very nice storage! My barn was just finished, and I plan to build pallets with wheels also. Some of my less used implements may also get stored elevated on a heavy duty shelf, but not sure I want to do that.
My previous storage solution was a shipping container, which made getting to implements a REAL HASSLE.

Nicely done. (y)

That's very neat, clean and handy.

However - I do not have a nice garage with a concrete floor. SO....most all my implements are "stored" out in the old orchard area. Each on its own pallet. Those few with moving parts - grapple, chipper and rear blade - are stored in my carport. Out of the sun and weather.

There is one advantage to this type of storage. Almost unlimited area to move the tractor around when hooking up a different implement.

A garage with concrete floor is not in my future. Pallets are........

I have used furniture dollies to store stuff on, sometimes a couple of them tagged together. Makes it easy to shuffle things around as needed. Cheap and easy.

I connected 2 pallets and put 7 wheels under ea. 2 left side , 2 rights side, 3 in middle

Nice work, hope this solution is sustainable for you. I know in my garage/barn/shop, that much floor and wall space just for durable attachment storage would become prioritized for other tools and items (shelving, cabinets, etc) before too long.

I hope to build an outdoor lean-to/shed with pallet racking for all my attachments eventually. Most of them are outdoors in the elements and it does pain me a bit.

I does take up space, which is why I made the garage a little bigger for tractor, implements, trailer and workshop. I may have to put a one or some outside.
