Anybody remember R.W. Scott Precision O-rings of Berkeley? I worked there in the 60's. There was/is a surprising amount of precision manufacturing in what people think of as a college town.

I have purchased orings from "The Oring Store" in Seattle. They have or make just about any size. You might have to purchase 3 or 4 of the same size but they are usually inexpensive. They have a pretty good website.

There is always McMaster Carr. The standard 70A durometer Buna N o-ring should work fine for hydraulics. Just measure the diameter and inside and outside and they should have it.
