What, you never heard the expression, "Anything for the theater!"? I WAS a theater major at the time.

Besides, do you have ANY idea how "sensitive" the girls think you are when you do something like that? /forums/images/graemlins/tongue.gif /forums/images/graemlins/smirk.gif

Do you have ANY idea how girls like to relate to boys that they think are "sensitive"?? /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif

Do you have ANY idea how............... /forums/images/graemlins/ooo.gif /forums/images/graemlins/blush.gif

I thought the tall poppy syndrome was uniquely Australian, obviously not.
I don't know about your country but here we have awards for most things, Engineering(many categories), Nursing, volunteers, farmers, apprentice, Australian of the year awards, the list goes on.
I thought this was part and parcel of a healthy capitalist system.

That's why I don't really get into pro sports. I can't grasp the concept of someone getting played millions of dollars to play a game. Why is what they do for a living worth more for one day than for what I do all year?

Look at Peyton Manning today signed for 7 years for 99 million. That seems crazy.

How much does the President of the United States make??

Yes, but one could ask the same of Bill Gates, has he toiled that hard to get what he has.

I for one do not begrudge Bill Gates his wealth, and if someone should invent and market a better product to replace what he developed.....I will not begrudge them the royalties they earn.

They call that "Stupid Money"... if you're stupid enough to pay me that much money, I'm stupid enough to take it. /forums/images/graemlins/laugh.gif /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif

I'd nominate you for nice hat in a TBN photo.

I have to agree with MossRoad. That IS a nice hat, Gatorboy.

I like it better than the old photo. Every time I saw it, he had a look on his face like he was about to kick my butt. /forums/images/graemlins/shocked.gif (No offense, Gatorboy, but that's what it looked like to me.)

That's kind of what my wife said when she saw what picture I was using on the site. She told me to change it -- and of course I listened. /forums/images/graemlins/grin.gif
