Well here is the finished project. It came out pretty good. I made a few mistakes, but the next time I do this,it will be easier. The instructions tell you to prep the surface with xylol. It can also be used to thin out the material, and remove drips, and runs.

What a great idea and you did a great job too. I like your comments on the truck, mine has so many scratches and dings I think covering it in liner would be awesome!

I bet if we put our heads together there are a ton of uses for this stuff. Wheel barrows, tool handles, doors in heavy work areas, shop floors, who knows.

I think it looks great, that is good stuff with many uses.

If you have a bit of extra when done.... do your hammer handles, crescent wrench handles, etc. Gives a nice non slip grip to those tools;);) especially the sledge!! Did it to mine after doing my 22' snowmobile trailer.

BTW, nice job on the op station!! Been thinking of doing that to mine for a while now.

Great job, the beautiful thing with this stuff is that you can easily do touch ups, they blend right in. Your project turned out well. Thanks for all the nice pics.

I just gave the left over bed liner material to the kid next door. He just used some fiberglass patch on the floor boards of his Jeep, and it looks crappy. So I told him to coat it with this stuff. we'll see.

I've sprayed that stuff on many things over the year. Never a pickup bed though

I have an in-bed toolbox (lays on the bottom of the bed, can put a quad on top). Sprayed that on top of that, racks of 4-wheelers, tool racks.

After seeing how your tractor floorboards turned out, that will be next!

thanks for sharing.

I used it to cover the inside of my farm truck, floorboards and roof. The carpeting was a mess and this is no fuss, could hose it out if I want. I didn't do the bed, it's a farm truck. I like the idea of covering my tool handles with it and will do that with the little I have left- the stuff doesn't last long once opened.
