Outrigger Control Lever

On Saturday I took off my JD 7 BH and stored in my lower building. I had this BH off about three weeks ago when I powerwashed the entire unit. When the tractor was dry I attached the BH and the FEL. When I attached the BH it had leaned over and was difficult to connect. I worked the levers to relieve some pressure and hooked it up. I noticed that the one outrigger control lever was very stiff but when operated loosened up. Well Saturday proved the same thing. I set the backhoe in storage and blocked it up and the same thing. The outrigger control lever was very stiff and almost would not move but when it did it operated fine. To top that off I noticed some hydro fluid leaking from the cover of the control box. Since it is off I plan on tearing into it but before I do......has anyone else experinced this and what did you find.

Maybe a torn o-ring or quad ring on the spool. Could also just need a shot of oil.

Had that happened once , pulled the cover off and found a hornets nest that gummed up the works. Cleaning and shot of oil fixxed it right up.
