Overheating from dirt in Radiator

If you use compressed air it really needs to be at low pressure. The fins between the cooling tubes are very thin and will bend or break from air pressure. Over time that will reduce air flow and cooling.

A water hose with no nozzle from the back is a lot better. If they are really dirty and plugged soak them with Simple Green or Purple Power for awhile and rinse.

I have this same problem with my TC-24D. I can clean the screen but the temp still won't drop down - at least to where it should be. I usually have to wash the radiator out with the water hose. I try to spray from the back side so I'm not get the water on the engine - at least as little as possible. I also have to spray the hydrostat cooler out as it will get clogged with dirt as well and then I start getting hot - at least my left foot does.:D When I'm mowing the grass (MMM) especially when it is really dry, I may have to stop 2 or 3 times and clean it out.
