Hi, my name is Joel Jandreau (JJ) I just retired this spring, I ran heavy equipment for 40 years, the last 15 I ran a 740A Champion grader, I may be asking to much of my little tractor. anyway. I am glad to have found this site. the one question that I have for now is the bucket opens and closes slowly, I have a new back hoe coming in tomorrow and it has to run on the tractors pump it is slow but it is strong, is that normal? I may have to get a pump that runs off me PTO. I don't know what the flow rate and pressure is supposed to be. thank you all. JJ

Hello and welcome to TBN.

May I suggest you mention the actual model of the tractor you are having the problem with and post the problem in the model's section .....

ie; if you have a Kubota, post the problem in the Kubota section, etc.

You will get more knowledgeable folks seeing it there than in here

Or if it is a general hydraulic type problem, there is a hydraulics forum too
