Owner's Manual PDF for 4310, 4410, 4210

I've looked online; everything seems to be a scam. Is there no way to get a PDF of the Owner's Manual? I have the Technical Manual. I know where to find the HTML online manual. But no PDF.

Any ideas? TIA!
