Looked at my manual which covers 25/30/35 and was printed May 2007. In chapter 10, page 10 it says this; NOTE: The hydraulic block has the main relief valve and is installed in the tractor which is not equipped with the joystick valve. For the tractor equipped with the joystick valve, the main relief valve is installed in the joystick valve.

Chapter 10, page 40 has a break down of the 3 pt lift cylinder.

In my parts book, page 400 has the parts break down. If you need the part number for the lift cylinder rebuild kit and gasket, I have these as I bought them thinking I had a problem that required tearing into it but was something different and easier.

Chapter 10? That's a big change. My manual's Ch 10 is the last chapter,
"Electric System". CH 9 is where all the Hydraulics are, and it covers the
MLS valve and cyl, the FEL valve and relief valve block (if no FEL valve).
It covers the internal linkages of the 3-pt cyl housing "if draft-equipped", but
not for position control only. That's the problem.

My unit's position control only raises the 3-pt a few inches, then stops.
I posted another thread about that. Today makes 3 mo since I got this
machine. Bobcat's rep was here yesterday and they are looking into
just replacing my machine. That is not ideal, as I have already customized
some things. Hour meter shows 7 hr.

Sounds to me like the spool in the MLS valve is out of adjustment, dirty or stuck. Remove the MLS valve and clean with spray carb cleaner and blow out all ports with compressed air; re-install and give it a try, if still the same, try adjusting the MLS spool.
