Kioti Dk35 and a Ford 801
Hi, Has anyone had paint peel from there Dk35 kioti grills and frame. The gray paint seems to just vanish and rust sets in. Kioti is not wanting to make this good.

I haven't had the gray paint disappear, but the orange paint on parts of the FEL are flaking off on my CK35. It's from a different factory, so I doubt they are related. My tractor only has 60 hours. But it did sit outdoors on the dealer's lot. Is your paint coming off where weather could be an issue?

Hey I have an idea!
Tools needed:
Large catch pan (like for changing oil)
3" paint brush
Roll of shop towells
Instructions:
1) place large catch pan under harley
2) wait approx 1 week
3) move pan full of oil to the area of tractor
4) using paint brush cover entire tractor with a film of oil
5) clean up oil spills/drips with shop towells
6) Take a break and give yourself a pat on the back! Your rust issues have been resolved!
For best results this process should be repeated every 6-12 months depending on your specific conditions:p

This tractor has set inside shop since delivery. If it got salt and sand on It or weathered It was from the dealer to my home.

Maybe Leaving it Outside more often would help?

I do put a coat of wax on my tractor each year maybe that could help

How old is the machine?
When you say Kioti does not want to make good of it, Are you talking Kioti or your dealer?
