pallet fork and/or bucket grapple

The grapple slides on the fork frame just like the forks do,

They were made by ALO, same as the loader on my tractor...

I'm betting it's too heavy for your tractor, this one is built to take some torture and last!

Pallet Fork Add-A-Grapple - Precision Manufacturing

I was looking for a Grapple for my pallet forks, and came across this one. It looks like it is universal and can be added to any pallet forks.
....It definitely looks interesting, I may try to call tomorrow and get more info.

This one caught my eye. I like how easy it is to install. I'll most likely build one similar to this design. It actually looks very similar to Sawyer Robs
