Midniteoul that's a great idea too and thank you for the link, what I would really like is to be able to have one frame that holds both hay spears and forks as the hay spears slide out pretty easily.

And just to let you guys know, I have this mounted on a Massey 263 4WD tractor.

I don’t know what your metal fabrication skills are, but if it turns out you need to have it done by a professional shop, it may be cheaper just to buy one off eBay or somewhere similar.

I don’t like the looks of the second forks you pictured, too light duty.

I also have these but I would need to figure out how to attach it to my euro/global system.

I do not know about the euro mount, but I do know that they make a weld on set of JD mounts that could be added to that 2nd set of spears frame.
The initially shown frame could then be converted to forks permanently.

I have used and have a set of clamp on forks. They work, but not always the greatest. Your load is that much further in front of the loader that reduces the lift ability of the loader. The clamps will some times loosen, not good! It also places a lot of stress on the front edge of the bucket as well as the bottom of the bucket.
If you go with a set of clamp on forks make sure they can have chains attached to transfer some of the weight to stronger parts of the bucket.

I have decided I am just going to buy a new frame dedicated to forks. If money isn't an issue what would you guys recommend, I am going to get weights for the back of my tractor and I want to be able to lift 3-4k, if needed (larger bush hogs). Thanks guys!

That would be the best solution. And safest.

I recommend selling the pin on spear frame to offset some of the cost of the pallet forks.
Knowing very little about the euro QA, I suspect that will be your deciding/limiting factor. (My thoughts are, that at least in the US, that is a distant 3rd connection system. SSQA being most popular due yo wide variety of machines that use it, JD being 2nd most popular just due to number machines in use). I suspect the frequency of that system will be similar to finding a pin on attachment.
My 1 suggestions is if you plan to lift 3000 lbs, make sure your forks exceed that capacity by several 1000 lbs. I would not look at any rated under 5000 lbs capacity just for a safety factor.

I would look at pallet fork frames that can have a bale spear added then you can sell your bale spear to offset the cost of the new attachment. the math may not work out in your favor though between the additional cost of the forks and what you can get for your old bale spear.

I also have these but I would need to figure out how to attach it to my euro/global system.
Remove the pin on brackets and buy a weld on plate:

This front end frame came with my tractor when I bought it but it did not come with pallet forks. I know it is a euro global attach system. I really need some pallet forks to use with it. Can I? Any advice on how to mount them would be greatly appreciated. Thank you!
This style fork frame will hook onto your homemade euro global attach system just like your bucket does:
