I added a hydraulic thumb to mine. I bought two base plates so I could switch it to the bucket if desired.

I thought we would see lots things people had built to use with pallet forks or the hanger

I extended EACH side of mine two feet to accommodate an extra pair of forks. I pick up two pallets at a time now. Also added a backrest.
