I have a new holland 16l loader that does not have a quick attach the bucket has pins I remove them to put my snow plow on and have been looking for pallet forks that I could do the same with. does anyone make light duty pallet forks that would match a new holland loader? any suggestions would be great thanks

Check out this place. Southern Farm Supply, Inc.
They sell forks just like the ones at Northern Tool for $345
They have different size holes and slide to fit your loader.

Get a QA for your loader, pin it on, get a QA pallet fork...
