Hay racks for what kind of animal?

I'm not sure, I assumed cattle if the front and end pallets had enough room to stick there head in

Maybe, just maybe the pallets themselves consume the foliage.

Has there been a determination if they are in fact herbivores?

Last I heard pallets eat unicorns, why else are unicorns practically extinct too many hungry wild pallets running free hunting unicorns

Now this is sad. We were at a farm store and saw what appeared to be pallet 'troops" assembling around the perimeter of the parking lot. Could it be one farm store readying for an assault on another farm store? Maybe prep work for a border wall? Maybe a move on the town?

Someone said it was for the spring seedlings coming in. How naive; they haven't been reading this thread.
