I just got my hands on a B7300 that has been parked for about 3 yrs. Someone just changed all of the fluids (except fuel) before they thought they were going to use it. It is really hard to start, which I figure is the glow plugs (light doesn't come on) and when it is finally running, at high rpms (3000), it bogs down and tries to die as soon as the transmission is engaged (forward or reverse). As if this isn't enough, most of the time it doesn't want to idle back down when the throttle lever is backed off. Could this just be a problem with the governor sticking?
