Parting out - Deutz Allis 5230 Tractor

This is a 2wd tractor. As you have discovered, 4wd front axle parts are now almost impossible to come by. I bought this parts tractor specifically to pull the 2wd front end off and install on my 4wd tractor so I would still have a tractor to use while looking for parts needed to eventually rebuild my 4wd front axle.

After I tore down the 4wd front axle, I found that all it needed was bearings and seals. All my castings and CV joints were still in good shape, so I never used this 2wd front end.

If you are interested in the 2wd front end let me know. You can always sell it after you repair your 4wd front axle.

My left front 4wd gear box internals are gone. I can buy the bearings, however, the cv joint is in pieces and the king pin bearing is gone. Where you ever able to find axle parts for the 4wd?

I might be interested in the 2wd if I cannot find the 4wd parts.

How much do you want for the 2 wd front end? And where is it as freight might be an inhibitor.

All I have is this 2wd parts tractor. I still have the complete 2wd front end you can bolt on and make your tractor usable while searching for 4wd parts.

Will barter remaining parts for 55-64 Ford tractor parts.

I have been searching around for the 4 wheel drive front end to the 5230 and ran across your thread.

Wondering if you still have the 2 wheel drive front end? If so, do you have a price in mind?
