Thanks for the pics. I like your idea of the goldfish/carp, and I think I'll put some in my tanks, too. Sounds like a good method for automatic cleaning. You mentioned you don't like to have your tanks out in the open, I'm assuming for asthetics? I put mine more out in the open and away from the trees figuring I wouldn't have to clean as many leaves out in the fall.
I would have had some pics to post this morning but a pack of wild dogs came through a couple of days ago and ate my german shepherd (Mac) up pretty good. So, instead of playing on my tractor and taking more pics I've been back and forth to the vet (20 miles each way). Mac's gonna be OK, but it will take him a while to recuperate. His ear was ripped in two, among other injuries, and we had to clean it several times a day, and let it heal some before it could even be stitched. I'll pick him up from the vet this afternoon and then we should be done with it. (So much for the $$ I was saving for a landscape rake /w3tcompact/icons/frown.gif)
