This whole being patient thing is not all that great. LOL

After reading way too much (mostly on here) I called my dealer this morning and had him add on a Land Pride RB2684 back blade. :dance1:

I just got done plowing the 6 inches that came down over night with my ATV. I now have 4-5 piles all over from the winter so far. The tractor showing up in a couple of weeks will not be too soon and I hope to not be plowing with my ATV much anymore.

Been there and done that regarding the waiting thing....well worth the wait! I have the L3901 (same tractor as yours with exception of HP) and have been very pleased with it overall. Also have a rear blade that works great for most snowfalls around here;blower handles the deeper stuff. As a tip when you use the blade on gravel, reverse it.

Not that I'm looking to spend your money for you , after using it for awhile you may find yourself wanting another grab handle on the right fender. Only comes with one on the left from the factory even though there is a place and mounting holes for one on the right. I added one to the right as I found myself constantly needing to place my right hand there, especially when turning around using rear implements.

Looking forward to seeing pics of your new rig!

Thanks for the tip on reversing the blade and the fender handle. I'll look for getting one right now!

So, I have ordered some bolt on hooks from Ken's just a moment ago, some lights to mount on the canopy based on another thread, a back blade with shoes based on recommendation from many threads, plotting a wicked grapple from EA and afraid to call them because I'd pull the trigger on it, and now thinking about a skidding winch.....I won't even have the tractor delivered until next week!!!!! This forum is dangerous. LOL :)

And to think I was holding off on suggesting the bucket hooks in my last post to save you some money! You will find them to be well worth it. Suggest that when you mount them, place in line with the loader cylinders.

You mentioned the lights on the canopy which are a great idea. I placed a couple rear facing work lights that come in very handy when moving snow at night with the back blade or rear mounted snow blower.

Thanks for the tip on hooks placement, Slayer. I also have the part number you gave me for the right grab handle....need to remember that next time I am near the dealer.

Ha Ha ... They better hurry with that tractor so you can get on it and stop spending $$$ on it.

That's funny, I don't know of anybody who stops spending money on their tractor. You always need extra lights, attachments, hooks, switches, etc.
