Can Pat's QH brackets be installed on telescoping lower links?

I don't see why not. Pat's only extends a very short distance past the three point ball joints so it shouldn't interfere. Which telescoping side links do you have? Maybe someone here can give a more definitive answer.

I have a JD4120 with lower telescoping links and would really like to use Pat's QD brackets if possible.

Yes, Pat's Easy Change does work with telescoping arms. We have thousands of customers that use them every day. My brother has a JD 5400 with the telescoping arms (used in most of our photos) and they work great. My L4310 also has them and have never had a problem.
