i bought a set of pats quick change ends for my 4240 that has the sliding ends and they look great except one problem. the hole in pats quick change ends that the pin goes through (the original pin that holds the sliders in the 3pt arm) seems to be about .100" too big and has alot of slop is that normal and ok to use or should i have the hole made smaller. the pin dia is 5/8 (.625) the hole in pats ends are .810 should be .750 or 3/4 in my opinion. has everyone just used them as is ?

Probably fits as good or better than Kubotas

same on mine but with the u bolts and the locking bolts that help secure them to the 3pt hitch they are working just fine for me.

Call Pat's with the question. They are very helpful and responsive to customers.

When I ordered mine for the sliding lower arm ends there were a lot of measurements that needed to be sent to Pat's for them to custom build it (or at least to make sure it fit correctly).

I sent them all my measurements and when I got them I called them and they said they would make a set with a smaller hole but I am just trying to see if they are all like that and if so are there any ill effects from too much slop to save shipping back and forth and save them from having to make another one if not needed. The only thing that holds mine on is that pin and with all that slop I was wondering how they wear
