Pats' Quick Hitch vs Northern Tools

/ Pats' Quick Hitch vs Northern Tools #41
The one about these quick hitch units is getting use to the one you choose or being use to one and not adapting to the other. I have used the HF quick hitch ever since I have had a tractor. It works great and the only problem I have is using my spreader that has a PTO shaft that runs high and I have to remove the quick hitch to use it. I purchased a set of Pat's QH and hated them and have them posted on Craigs List to try to pass them off to someone who uses that type of QH and likes it. To each his own.

Has anyone tried Pat's QH with the Kubota lower link telescoping arms?

I know this is a sort of old post, but -- are you talking about the extendable lower links or the telescoping stabilizers? Mine has both and I installed some Pat's hitches that my dad had bought for a different tractor and they work well. The extendable link made it easier to hitch but I had a lot of trouble unhitching, more so than with any other tractor, so that's why I put the Pat's on there. You don't need the extendable link anymore with the Pat's, and they work very well with the telescoping stabilizers. I do plan to get the Pat's hitches that replace the extendable links though so that the overall length of the arms aren't longer.
