Thanks sawtooth, it has 2303 hrs. A little history. My late Father bought it new. He special ordered it with the synchromesh tranny. I remember he traded in a '77 245 MF and a '55 HD-5 Alis Chalmers crawler for it.(wished I had the HD5 back). He used to farm 100 acres planting corn and soybeans. Pulled a 4 row International corn planter and a 9'? John Deere grain drill with a Dunham two axle culti-packer hitched behind it. He had been pulling the drill and packer behind the 245 MF, but kept breaking the ring and pinion , so he got the 245 fixed one more time and traded it in . I can't tell by your avitar,but is yours a 3910 ?

Great story and glad your keeping the tractor. I actually have several Fords but yes 1 is a 3910. Love the old ford tractors.

I have a 4610SU. Great tractor, but I wish I had the synchromesh. That's a rare option. I've seen it more on the newer 30 series tractors.

Sawtooth, I have a couple ford tractors also. the 4610 and an old 600 ford I use for mowing/light work. Strum, I remember it took several months for the dealer to get the 4610 in. I remember the salesman really talking the synchromesh up to my dad lol.
