For what it's worth, I'd get the toothbar first regardless. I believe that it's the best money I've spent on anything for my tractor thus far. It increases the utility of your FEL more than you'd ever believe (and this coming from someone who lives in an area that's almost all clay).
I got my toothbar (made by FCL in IL) made to fit my bucket built and shipped promptly at a good price through Mark Brucker at KC Canary. It was shipped directly from the manufacturer to my door. If you're interested, you can reach Mark at 800-920-7097. Just tell him it's an internet sale and you will avoid paying their state sales tax.
