I know there was a lot of discussion on this topic. I just received my forks from Payne the other day, and I have to say - I am pretty impressed w/ the quality and worksmanship of these forks. They clamp onto the bucket of my 200cx loader perfectly. They are just right for this bucket, they slide right over the cutting edge. They also came with 2 slots to fit a 1" x 2" peice of wood or steel tube (what I used) so you can stack logs higher.

They work well w/ the 2305 - I would not overload w/ this machine - kind makes me want to upgrade to a larger machine!

They are definitely going to come in handy - especially for moving logs, firewood and brush. I checked some reviews on these forks before I purchased them, some good, some bad. I think it depends on the type of loader was on the machine - alot has to do with the cutting edge thickness. They work perfectly on the 200cx loader bucket.

How much ballast do you have on the back?

That tree looks pretty heavy. Did the manufacturer indicate a weight limit for the forks? It probably is proportional to the amount of ballast you have....at least that's what I'm guessing.

Froks are rated to 1200 lbs, However w/ this machine I would not push it past 600 lbs. Like I mentioned - wish I had a bigger machine:).

I have about 700-750 with my ballast box on my 2210 and it handles loads like that tree pretty easily. Keep'em load and slow and there should be any problems. Although, I have a quick connect set of forks.

Good pictures
