PCO water tank ?

I'm looking at water tanks/sprayers for the farm. I'm thinking something around 110 gallons would be fine; possibly a skid unit that I can put in the back of the pickup or use on the pallet forks of the tractor. When looking around, I've seen many different tanks, but what is a PCO tank ?
