regular Frontline and Frontline + will kill fleas, and the plus will cause the fleas that are hatched from the eggs to become sterile. Just remember that any insecticide doesn't kill like a gun. It takes time for the chemical to react with the insect. In that time period, the flea can and will lay eggs that will later hatch. This is an over simplification of the process, but is generalized enough for you to get the idea.
