For the past month, I have not been receiving email notifications to subscribed threads. I have sent a couple of trouble emails to TBNs contact address with no results.

I have tried different settings also. Any ideas?
Thanks for any insight or help.

I just figured this out!

Chance are you unsubscribed to all. Likely by accident.
Working off memory, to renew these, simply goto “My Home” and then “Subscriptions”. It’s not intuitive. On the right you should see check boxes. Hit select all and then at the bottom there’s a drop down to renew your subscription.

We’re not done.

I did that and ... nothing.

Apparently upon renewal... ALL of the notifications go to your junk mail (if your using gmail at least).

Hope this helps!

No Luck. My subscribed threads are still there, just no email notifications. Also, the Post numbers are basackwards and that makes the threads harder to read.

Gmail has both a “Junk” folder and “Spam” folder. Did you check both? Mine is FILLED with TBN notifications. Trying to move them from there using Gmail is awful. Apparently you have to add the TBN email address to your contact list.

I just started running into the gMail spam filter problem. My emails (from a non-gmail address) sent to a friend of mine on Gmail were getting shunted into Spam/junk/whatever. He already had me in his address book so that wasn't it. You need to set up a filter for email From that address and check the box that says never send to spam. Takes 2 seconds, but PITA that you have to do it...

Not using Gmail so it must just be some problem in my settings.

It happens to me about once every three or four months. I go into Apple( my operating system ), TBN, & Safari - clear ALL listed history in all three. I then shut the computer completely down and let it sit for a half hour or so. Upon restart it usually is corrected.

My restart is set to return Apple and Safari to factory presets. Removes all the weird stuff I've done in the intervening time.

Good to know that these petty irritants are not just happening to me. No use stressing over it.
