Doofy - check this. Go up top and click into "My Home" > then click General Settings under My Account > scroll down to "default thread subscription mode" > make a choice - "instantly, using email" or "daily, using email" or "weekly, using email". If it happens to be set at - "do not subscribe" - - you will get nothing.

I just started running into the gMail spam filter problem. My emails (from a non-gmail address) sent to a friend of mine on Gmail were getting shunted into Spam/junk/whatever. He already had me in his address book so that wasn't it. You need to set up a filter for email From that address and check the box that says never send to spam. Takes 2 seconds, but PITA that you have to do it...

This worked for me. Set the new filter and voila!

Another thing I've noticed----------.
PM's are not being advised anymore.
I've taken to opening my PM tag to check from time to time.
Also for weeks now I have to re-sign in for every session, but that might be due to a google update and not TBN.
