This is a barn I saw up in the Abitibi region last year. I don't know what the doorlike opening between the windows would have been used for.

Oh Dear !! That is NOT a barn !! That is the Ephrata Cloister in Ephrata PA. It was a religious order's monastery a couple hundred years ago and is now a PA State historic site of some title or the other. Neat place to visit by the way.

Refurbed the front of my 1900 era barn and pulled in the front wall that had walked out of plumb over that last 100 years...
This last picture is from my barn well power line...you can see just how far it had walked out......will have to dig down and move the conduit back flush to the barn...

It doesn't look like a high-traffic area Rara. Just place a protective box over the power feed. Then it'll be in the correct place in 100 yrs time!
