Someone else had a problem with pictures they posted being sideways. I wonder what causes that?

He's north of the border. It's a Canadian problem. LOL :D

Besides, he's not really stuck. Here's my tractor REALLY stuck: John Deere stuck 1.jpg

And here's a pic of the tractor, still really stuck, and the CAT 420 backhoe that I got stuck trying to get to it: JD and CAT backhoe stuck.JPG

Looking at it I am a bit surprised you can't back out of that by holding down the differential lock and using the uphill tire that is still on the gravel. And I guess the blade on the front prevents the standard trick of pushing yourself backwards with the FEL.

But at this point I would push down with the front blade and then lift the front tire out of the mud. Then pack something in the hole. Heck you can likely just use snow, fill under that tire with snow then lower the front end to pack the snow and raise it again. Repeat a couple times until the front wheel is resting level with the road. I have done this several times.

Yea, the snow plow was hanging me up and the tire was in a soupy hole with water running through it. I cleared the snow from around the plow and backed right out of it with the diff lock. Nothing too serious, just had to pay attention.

Yeah, I figured you got out pretty well. I just figured I would share my using snow to get you out of snow trick. I was a bit surprised when that first worked for me.

Want to post pictures of the snow blade you are using and tell me what you think of it? I have the same tractor and was considering something like that.
