Nice tractor. I notice you have turf tires. I would be interested in how they work in muddy conditions. I have a 4WD JD 755 with turfs and it can get very frustrating digging into a pile with the FEL when on muddy ground. I'm not talking about deep mud. Just surface stuff that gets worked up after a few hits into the pile. The tread of the turf tires quickly fill up with mud and they become traction-less slicks. I plan on buying a 4310 in the near future. I've thought about getting the R4 tires but want to stick with turfs because I will also mow my lawn with the tractor MMM. I would appreciate any feedback you have. Is KC Canary worth a drive from Syracuse? I have the means to haul the tractor but am concerned about the distance for warranty work or service.

I wish I could give you more feedback on the turfs, but this is my first tractor and I don't have enough "seat" time to offer any valid advice yet. I can tell you that my turfs did fill the treads with mud as you said when I was working in the rain. I had to use the posi lock a few times when the back end broke traction.

I would defently give KC Canary a call and ask for Mark there. He is a top notch salesman and will give you a fair straight deal. As for the warranty work, I live about an 1.2 hours from the dealership and they will pick up my tractor if it needs any warranty work.
