the power lift, is that for a hitch or for the deck?? that is a nice looking tractor

The power lift is for the deck. The X500 and X520 have a foot pedal with spring assist lift and the X534 and X540 have the power lift for the deck.

Are Brick houses in the US double brick with a cavity or brick veneer, ie. plasterboard on the inside?

Thanks for the comments. The lift feature is hydraulic. My home is built with the blackboard first then 1 row of bricks on the outside of it. The house is built on a concrete slab. Some houses in the states are built differently but that is how mine is built.

The hydraulic power lift sounds a better idea to me.

Thats how nearly all houses in South Australia are built too. Weatherboard is only used by those who can't afford brick, unlike some parts of the US where timber cladding seems to be the prefered choice.
