That is a Lazy Boy. You are missing the aluminum belt/spindle cover that has the name, serial number, and date of manufacture. I have one we bought in 1965, although it is not self-propelled. The handle bars would have been chromed. We bought ours at Oklahoma Tire and Supply (Otasco). I was searching for old Yazoo pics when I came across your pictures on Google.
I also have an old, old Yazoo with the plywood engine base. serial #48169. It is a 20", also not self-propelled. Just put a new motor on it and getting it ready for service. Retro-fitting a brake cable--fun, fun, I'm telling you.
