There's cotter pin, shear pin, hitch pin, etc. etc.

I certainly don't know all of 'em, maybe not even most of 'em. Sometimes I can't think of the name of one I'm trying to discuss. Sometimes I don't know what somebody's talking about when they mention one. Was hoping this thread could list them all, describe them & show a picture(s). If you all want to post what you know, maybe I can continually edit this first post so it's all in one post. I'll start.
